What is an email sequence
A set of emails that you can automatically deliver with a delay (hours or days). They are normally used to do outbound outreach, prospecting, generate calls or meetings with potential clientes, follow ups or simply get your users to take one specific action.
What is a bulk email
A bulk email is a blast email (one time email sent manually) you send to a specific segment of your contacts.
What is an automatic email
An automatic email is an email that is triggered when any of your visitors execute an event, visits a url, enters or exits a segment. The posibilities to automatically trigger an email are unlimited so that you can customize it to your business requirements.
What is a web notification
Is a pop-up message that you can display in diferent positions in your site and are triggered by your users behavior. You can send them to users even if you haven´t captured their email address yet. As they have not pre-set fields you can include in them forms, images, videos, text and any call to action you want.
What is a Contact
A Contact is a person that you have identified in ConvertLoop with an email. There is no contact duplication in ConvertLoop, the same email means the same person.

What is a Guest
A Guest is any visitor to your website whose email address has not been captured yet.

How many emails can I send per month
You can send unilimited emails. Additional charges of $0.0015 USD per sent email may apply once your monthly email sending quota is reached. In the plan for up to 10.000 contacts, the sending quota is 50.000 emails/month; in the plan for up to 25,000 contacts, the sending quota is 125,000 emails/month; in the plan for up to 50,000 contacts, the sending quota is 250,000 emails/month. Please consult your ConvertLoop advisor regarding the sending quotas in other monthly plans.
What is inbox integration
If you want to automatically stop sending emails from an email sequence to a contact when the recipient replies, you must enable ConvertLoop to track any replies to your emails by connecting your inbox (Gmail) to ConvertLoop. A limited number of inbox connections are included at no extra cost in your monthly tier. If you require to integrate additional inboxes, please ask your ConvertLoop advisor for more information based on the number of additional inbox connections you may need.

Sometimes you need to record additional information related to an event.
